Pure Data Centres and SEGRO Enter into Second Joint Venture for a 48MW Data Centre in Paris
Simpson Thacher represented Pure Data Centres, an Oaktree portfolio company, on the formation of a 50:50 joint venture with SEGRO to develop a fully fitted data centre in Paris. The joint venture is Pure DC’s second with SEGRO. The joint venture intends to develop a fully fitted 48MW data centre in the Paris Availability Zone, using a pre-secured 75MVA of power capacity. The gross capital required is anticipated to be approximately £800 million.
