Based in our London office, Luca Sportelli is a Partner in the Firm’s Real Estate Practice. He focuses his practice on private equity real estate transactions for leading international private capital sponsors and asset managers, including Blackstone, KKR, Oaktree, Northwood, Boreal and Optimum.
Luca has significant experience in a wide range of acquisitions and disposals, both through auction and off-market processes, as well as in co-investments, joint ventures and management equity plans. He has advised clients on several transactions in a variety of asset classes, such as data centres, hotels, logistics, offices, retail, residential and student housing, and across multiple jurisdictions, including multi-jurisdictional European and transatlantic transactions as well as single-jurisdiction transactions in the UK and other European markets.
