Matt Kelly Quoted in CX Current on Agentic AI Governance
Matt Kelly, Head of Simpson Thacher’s AI Practice, was quoted in a CX Current article titled, “How Agentic AI Governance That Tries to Cover Everything Ends Up Governing Nothing,” discussing best practices for agentic AI governance. He noted that governance should focus on defining specific risks. “Don't try to govern all of agentic AI,” he said. "Start by trying to govern the thing you're actually worried about and the risk you're trying to prevent. Because then you can actually identify the risks and address them."
