Matt Kelly Quoted in Law360 on the Evolving AI Regulatory Landscape
Matt Kelly, Head of Simpson Thacher’s AI Practice, was quoted in a Law360 article titled, “Data Privacy & AI Issues To Watch For The Rest Of 2026,” on the current U.S. AI regulatory landscape at the federal and state levels. He said companies are prioritizing AI deployment while seeking to minimize risk. "However, there's still a high level of volatility on the regulatory side.
