Matt Kelly Quoted in The Intelligence Record on Deliberate AI Adoption
Matt Kelly, Head of Simpson Thacher’s AI Practice, was quoted extensively in a The Intelligence Record article on enterprise AI adoption titled, “Deliberate AI Adoption Creates The Evidence Behind Smarter Investment Decisions.” Matt noted that successful AI implementation depends as much on governance, leadership and project ownership as on technical architecture. "You didn't need to be the first to adopt internet technology to get value out of it.” He said, “The front runners tended to be overtaken in time by people who later adopted the same technology in a more strategic, thoughtful and deliberate way."
