Simpson Thacher represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. ("JPMorgan") as administrative agent, joint lead arranger and sole bookrunner in connection with a new $350 million senior secured revolving credit facility for ADTRAN, Inc. and Adtran Networks SE, subsidiaries of ADTRAN Holdings, Inc. ("ADTRAN"). Proceeds were used to refinance ADTRAN's existing revolving credit facility in full.
