Adam Aderton Quoted in Private Equity Law Report on SEC Rulemaking Priorities
Partner Adam Aderton was quoted in a Private Equity Law Report article titled, “SEC Reg Flex Agenda Hints at Atkins’ Deregulatory Rulemaking Priorities,” which examined the SEC’s 2026 regulatory agenda and its potential impact on private fund advisers. Discussing several proposed reforms, Adam noted that “Form PF reform should really ease a lot of compliance burdens if the SEC and CFTC go through with increasing the filing limit.” He also discussed potential changes to the Pay-to-Play Rule, custody requirements and recordkeeping regulations.
