Michael Kuh Quoted in Sportico on Record-Breaking Sports M&A Activity
Michael Kuh, Co-Head of the Firm’s Sports group, was quoted in a Sportico article which discussed the unprecedented surge in professional sports franchise transactions during the summer of 2026. Highlighting what may be driving the recent wave of control transactions, Michael said, “sports franchises have never been more valuable, and there has never been a deeper pool of sophisticated capital pursuing them.”
