Simpson Thacher Advises Investec Bank as MLA and the lenders on CV financing for Exponent
Simpson Thacher has advised Investec Bank plc (“Investec”) as lender, mandated lead arranger and agent and the other lenders on a €322 million continuation vehicle (“CV”) financing for Exponent and its Fund IV asset H&MV Engineering (“H&MV”) – a leading global provider of high-voltage engineering and construction services.
The financing provided by the syndicate supports the acquisition of H&MV into Exponent’s c.€750 million CV and provides the company with further capital for its next phase of expansion.
