Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Secured Lending Fund, a publicly traded business development company (the “Company”), in its registered public offering of $650 million aggregate principal amount of 5.900% notes due 2031.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
