Capital Markets Partners Joshua Ford Bonnie and William Golden co-authored the fourth edition of the Donnelley Financial Solutions guide titled, “Initial Public Offerings: Considerations for Business Owners and Executives Taking Their Company Public.” Josh has been a co-author of this guide since 2017. The guide provides an overview of IPOs and the IPO process and sets out to address many frequently asked questions by clients about becoming and being a public company. Topics include: the principal phases of an IPO; costs and fees; building a public company finance organization; dealing with the SEC; selecting underwriters; the marketing, pricing and distribution process and life as a public company. Josh and Will co-authored this edition along with Doug Chu and Samantha Zytko from PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ashutosh Vats of ICR Capital.
