Justin Huff is Counsel in the Firm's National Security Regulatory Practice. Based in Washington, D.C., he advises international and domestic clients navigating reviews by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. (CFIUS) across various sectors, including technology, agriculture, telecommunications, energy and real estate. He also represents clients in connection with foreign ownership, control or influence (FOCI) with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency. Justin previously served as a Deputy Director in the office responsible for chairing CFIUS, where he led the reviews of hundreds of filings, and held senior positions with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
