Palina’s select experience prior to Simpson Thacher includes representing:
- APG on its joint venture with Greystar to establish the Dutch Essential Housing Venture for investment in the Dutch housing market
- A sovereign wealth fund on establishing its joint venture platforms for investment in student housing in the U.K. and Netherlands
- TPG on its disposal of Arlington Business Parks, a U.K. science and technology park, to Brookfield for c. £715m and on its c.€2.4 billion disposal of P3 Parks logistics business to GIC
- Brookfield on its acquisition of a 50% stake in Harwell Science and Innovation Campus
Palina received her LL.B. and B.S.S. from Macquarie University in 2008 with Honors, where she was a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. She is admitted in the New South Wales Supreme Court (Australia) and in the Federal Court of Australia.
