Simpson Thacher is representing Garda World Security Corporation (“GardaWorld”), one of the largest security companies in the world, in connection with its proposed acquisition of OnSolve, LLC (“OnSolve”). The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
OnSolve is a leading provider of cloud-based critical event management and emergency notification software through a SaaS modular approach. OnSolve will be integrated with the Crisis24 business under GardaWorld’s security services segment.
