Simpson Thacher recently represented the underwriters in connection with Apollo Global Management, Inc.’s registered public offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.150% Senior Notes due 2035. Simpson Thacher has represented the underwriters and initial purchasers in connection with nearly $7.0 billion of debt and equity issued by Apollo and its subsidiaries since 2014.
Apollo intends to use the proceeds from the offering of the notes for general corporate purposes, including to repay, upon the consummation of the acquisition of Bridge Investment Group Holdings Inc., all issued and outstanding senior secured notes of Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC (“Bridge LLC”) and certain other indebtedness of Bridge LLC, and to pay related fees and expenses in connection with the offering of the notes and the use of proceeds therefrom.
