Blackstone Private Credit Fund Completes $400 Million and $100 Million Add-on Notes Offerings
Simpson Thacher represented Blackstone Private Credit Fund, a non-traded business development company (the “Company”), in connection with its registered public offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.950% Notes due 2029 (the “New 2029 Notes”) and its registered public offering of $100 million aggregate principal amount of 6.250% Notes due 2031 (the “New 2031 Notes”). The New 2029 Notes were a further issuance of the 5.950% Notes due 2029 that the Company issued on May 29, 2024 in the aggregate principal amount of $500 million and the New 2031 Notes were a further issuance of the 6.250% Notes due 2031 that the Company issued on January 25, 2024 in the aggregate principal amount of $500 million.
The Company expects to use the net proceeds from these offerings for general corporate purposes.
