The Firm was ranked in Tier 2 for its for its Bankruptcy and Intellectual Property Practices. Benchmark highlighted the Firm’s Antitrust Practice, noting its triumph over the FTC in January 2025, when a Texas court denied the FTC’s motion for a preliminary injunction to block Mattress Firm’s acquisition by Tempur Sealy International. The Firm’s Insurance Practice was also recognized for its recent successes, including acting for Chubb in connection with an aviation coverage matter which involved litigating and then negotiating a resolution of two cases filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
