Tekscend Photomask Corp. Completes ¥138.4 Billion Initial Public Offering
Simpson Thacher recently represented Tekscend Photomask Corp. in connection with its ¥138.4 billion (approximately US$800 million) initial public offering on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, including an international offering to institutional investors outside Japan pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act. All of the shares in the international offering were sold by funds affiliated with Integral Corporation.
Tekscend Photomask Corp. is a global provider of photomasks and related support services based in Japan.
The representatives of the international managers for the international offering were Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Nomura International plc, SMBC Bank International plc and Merrill Lynch International.
