Teleflex to Sell Acute Care, Interventional Urology and OEM Businesses for $2.03 Billion

The Firm is representing Teleflex Incorporated (“Teleflex”) in connection with the proposed sale of its Acute Care and Interventional Urology businesses to Intersurgical Ltd and its OEM business to private equity firms Montagu and Kohlberg for a combined total of $2.03 billion in cash, subject to certain closing adjustments. The transactions are expected to be completed in the second half of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
