Blackstone Completes Refinancing of Stuyvesant Town & Peter Cooper Village
The Firm represented Blackstone in connection with the $3.15 billion refinance of Stuyvesant Town & Peter Cooper Village (Stuy Town), the iconic residential development on the east side of Manhattan. The Firm previously represented Blackstone on its acquisition of Stuy Town in 2015.
