Finance of America Completes Issuance and Sale of its Series A Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock
Simpson Thacher advised Finance of America Companies Inc. (“Finance of America”) on its issuance and sale of $50 million of Series A Convertible Perpetual Preferred Stock to certain investment funds managed by Blue Owl Alternative Credit Advisors LLC or its affiliates in a private placement transaction that complements a broader $2.5 billion strategic partnership between the parties.
