Simpson Thacher advised Coller Capital on the formation and raising of Coller International Partners IX (CIP IX), its largest ever fund, bringing the total capital raised to $17 billion for Coller’s private equity secondaries platform, across its commingled funds, co-investment funds, separately managed accounts and equity perpetual funds, in its latest fundraising cycle.
CIP IX invests in LP-led and GP-led secondary transactions around the globe, focusing on high-quality portfolios. Aligned with Coller Capital’s established private equity secondaries strategy, the fund seeks to deliver strong, risk-adjusted returns and resilient performance by providing investors with diversified exposure to high-quality equity assets. Coller Capital’s Assets under Management (AUM) now stand at $50bn.
