Simpson Thacher Named 2025 “International M&A Firm of the Year” by China Law & Practice
Simpson Thacher was named “International M&A Firm of the Year” at the 2025 China Law & Practice Awards, which recognize the law firms setting new standards in the delivery of high-level legal services and solutions in China. The Firm was recognized for its work advising on multiple noteworthy transactions over the past year, including advising the Special Committee of the board of directors of Zeekr in the $6.83 billion take-private transaction, one of the most prominent U.S. listed Chinese EV go-privates in recent years. The Firm also received an Honorable Mention in the “International Private Equity & Venture Capital Firm of the Year” category.
