Kim will lead a roundtable titled, “Data Usage & AI: What Can You Build with Your Data?” which will examine the evolving legal challenges of AI development, focusing on data rights, ownership, and IP implications across training inputs and generated outputs, providing practical guidance for minimizing exposure, ensuring transparency, and future-proofing AI product development.
