The Firm represented New Mountain Capital in connection with its majority investment in Commonwealth Associates, Inc., a leading pure-play power engineering firm. With roots dating back to 1886, Commonwealth is one of the most respected brands in power engineering, providing highly specialized and differentiated advisory and engineering services to electric utilities. The investment will support Commonwealth's continued growth amid increasing demand for electricity and investment in power infrastructure. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
