Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Mizuho Securities USA LLC, in connection with a registered offering of $6 billion in Notes by Pfizer Inc.
The Notes were issued in seven series with maturities ranging from 2027 to 2065, with proceeds intended to be used for general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of Metsera and the refinancing of existing indebtedness.
