Simpson Thacher is representing Enverus and its financial sponsor Blackstone in connection with Enverus’ acquisition of Spatial Business Systems (“SBS”) from an affiliate of Peak Rock Capital. The transaction is expected to close in Q2, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
SBS is a provider of intelligent design tools for electric and gas utilities telecommunications providers.
