Simpson Thacher Represents Blackstone in Placing of Shares in Cirsa Enterprises, S.A.
Simpson Thacher represented LHMC Midco S.à r.l., an entity owned by funds advised by entities controlled by Blackstone Inc. (“Blackstone”), in connection with the accelerated bookbuilt offering of shares in Cirsa Enterprises, S.A. (“Cirsa”). The offering of 7 million shares of Cirsa, including the full exercise of an overallotment option to purchase additional shares, raised approximately €89.3 million in gross proceeds.
