Simpson Thacher is representing JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with $1,850 million in committed financing for the announced acquisition by Belden Inc. of RUCKUS Networks from Vistance Networks, Inc, a global provider of intelligent network solutions.
Belden Inc. is a multinational company specializing in the design, manufacture, and distribution of end-to-end networking, security and connectivity products. This acquisition will expand Belden’s capabilities for innovative networking products and technologies.
