Simpson Thacher represented Mileway Europe, a Blackstone real estate portfolio company, and the largest last-mile logistics owner and operator in Europe, in its refinancing of existing debt and transition to an unsecured capital structure. The transaction included the entering into of a senior term facility of €5.7 billion and a revolving credit facility of €800 million as well as the establishment of a €10 billion Euro Medium Term Notes Programme, pursuant to which €850 million notes due 2030 and €650 million notes due 2033 were issued.
