Jess advises private equity sponsors across a broad spectrum of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, add-ons, PIPEs, co-investments, hybrid capital transactions and take-privates. She also counsels clients on general corporate and governance matters and represents public and private companies in strategic mergers and acquisitions.
