Simpson Thacher corporate associates Joel Karansky and Sarah Hong recently co-authored an article entitled “Ground Rules in Litigation Over the Statutory Right of Appraisal” published by the Delaware Corporate Litigation Reporter. The article covers shareholder appraisal issues and the valuation standards used in various settings, including IPOs, minority buyouts, mergers, acquisitions and dissolutions. Arthur Rosenbloom and Jenny Son of CRA International also co-authored the article.
