Jennifer Ho is a Partner in the Firm’s National Security Regulatory Practice, based in Washington, D.C. Recognized by The Legal 500 as a “Rising Star” in International Trade, Jen advises multinational corporations, private equity sponsors, asset managers and other clients with complex investment structures on strategies to minimize national security risks and to secure regulatory approvals across key global markets.

Jen also advises clients on national security reviews before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and on a broad range of related regulatory issues, including mitigation of foreign ownership, control or influence (FOCI) under industrial security regulations and export control compliance matters. She has navigated matters involving sensitive technologies and critical sectors, including artificial intelligence; data security; cybersecurity; semiconductors; aerospace and defense; telecommunications; financial services and healthcare and life sciences.

Jen frequently publishes analyses on developments in CFIUS regulations and broader national security and investment policy trends in the United States and abroad.
