Simpson Thacher Adds Prominent Trial Lawyer in New York

Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP today announced that Timothy Cameron has joined as a Partner in the Litigation Practice, based in New York.

An accomplished trial lawyer, Tim has an extensive background advising on enforcement actions, including DOJ and FTC merger challenges, as well as securities class actions, shareholder disputes and complex contract and commercial disputes, often with billions of dollars at stake. He also brings experience advising on complicated cross-border issues particularly for non-U.S. clients. His work includes multidistrict litigation, international arbitrations (including ICC proceedings), mass tort and product liability defense, government enforcement and regulatory matters, and eminent domain disputes. Tim has been consistently recognized by leading legal publications, including a Chambers ranking for general commercial litigation, recognition by The Legal 500 US for securities litigation and Benchmark Litigation’s New York “Litigation Star” designation every year since 2016.
