Phoenix Education Partners Completes $136 Million Initial Public Offering

Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, in connection with the initial public offering of Phoenix Education Partners, Inc. (“Phoenix Education Partners”), which consisted of 4,250,000 shares of common stock sold by certain selling shareholders at a public offering price of $32.00 per share. The offering raised $136 million in gross proceeds. Shares of Phoenix Education Partners are now listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “PXED.” The transaction closed on October 10, 2025.
