Simpson Thacher represented Sixth Street Specialty Lending, Inc., a publicly traded business development company (“TSLX”), in its registered offering of $300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 5.650% Notes due 2031. TSLX intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to pay down debt under its revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes, including making new investments. The transaction closed on May 14, 2026.
