Simpson Thacher is representing Salute, a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, in connection with its acquisition of T5 Operations, part of the services business of T5 Data Centers. Closing is subject to customary regulatory approvals. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
T5 Operations provides fully integrated facilities management and mission critical services to the world’s most sophisticated customers in the data center industry, including hyperscalers and wholesale data center developers. Upon completion of the acquisition, Salute will offer enhanced scale and depth as the leading dedicated service provider to the data center industry, partnering with all of the world’s hyperscalers, major operators and the companies committed to delivering the next generation of AI/HPC infrastructure.
